As a Board Certified Adult Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner I have worked with a wide variety of disorders. Throughout my experience, I have come to learn that a holistic approach to treating a client offers the most success for finding and creating balance. 

I have enhanced my education to include skills like; life coaching, energy work, Psychedelic Assisted Therapy & Shamanic Practices.  These additional modalities give me the ability to work with a client in a unique way that creates a treatment plan specific to the individual. 

Though I utilize a holistic approach, I understand the importance of psychiatric medications. I will work with each client to identify their specific needs and allow the client to be the leader in their care.
